• All you need: DNA electrophoresis, white light box, blue light or UV light, 95-100% ethanol, marking pen, distilled water, balance, glassware, safety equipment, and microwave or hot plate, optional: micropipettes: 5-50µL, microcentrifuge tube racks, small plastic trays or weigh boats
